香菇油菜 Bok Choi with Dried Mushrooms -- 经典家常菜, ,健康又养眼😍😋💓
做法:干香菇洗净, 用开水泡开备用。油菜接整片叶子扒开洗净。水烧开后加一勺盐, 再放入已泡开的香菇和油菜烧2-3分钟至香菇、油菜熟透, 捞出放凉后摆盘。用香水加少量油、一勺蠔油、一勺生抽及一勺料酒勾芡汁, 再淋在摆盘中即可。 即健康又养眼😍😋💓
