鲜虾菌菇豆腐白菜煲 King Prawn Mushroom Tofu Chinese Leaf Stew😋

💞 食材:鲜大虾12只、嫩豆腐半盒、大白菜若干、虾干少许、蘑菇和金针菇适量、葱花少许

❣️ 做法:大白菜切的先铺在锅底, 再洒上虾干, 再一层蘑菇、一层金针菇铺入。 然后铺上一层嫩豆腐。洒上由姜,蒜末、韩国辣酱、蒸鱼豉油做成的酱汁, 中火烧开10分钟左右, 再铺入鲜大虾及洒上酱汁烧5分钟左右, 洒上葱花。既美味又颜值超高的鲜虾菌菇豆腐白菜煲就做好了😋❣️

酱汁的主要成分:韩国辣酱和蒸鱼鼓油😍

灵魂酱汁:用小锅放少许油, 放入姜末和蒜末煎至微黄焦香, 再放入适量韩国辣酱和蒸鱼鼓油, 拌匀烧开。灵魂酱汁就烧好了😃
