红烧香菇鸡翅 Braised Chicken Wings with Mushrooms - 经典美味😋

💞 食材:鸡翅1盒, 3勺糖、2根葱、5片姜、少许白胡椒粉、2的蜂蜜, 生抽、料酒适量, 泡发的干香菇1小碗

💓 做法:锅烧至六、七成热, 放入3勺糖熬糖色。等糖全部融化出现小气泡, 放入腌制好的鸡翅和生姜, 炒至鸡翅变色, 加入泡发好的干香菇。再加适量生抽、料酒焖烧至鸡翅熟透。最后加入2勺蜂蜜🍯收汁, 洒上葱花装盘。结合了香菇和鸡翅的经典美味的红烧香菇鸡翅就出炉了😋😋

我买这种两节的走地玉米鸡翅, 味道会更好。

两节的鸡翅1盒, 洗净切成2节, 鸡翅两面划切口, 使腌制更好入味。
